Once booked, we normally ask for 48hrs notice to cancel or change a lesson, unless accompanied by a Doctor's certificate. Forgetting a lesson isn't really a good excuse. We can text you lesson times to help.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for unforseen circumstances like mechanical failure of the tuition vehicle, or test cancellations due to bad weather.

We reserve the right to withhold the use of the tuition car for the practical test if in our opinion you are not ready for your test.

Payment is made at the end of the lesson. We don't ask you to pay at the beginning. Please don't cause embarrassment by forgetting to bring payment with you, or asking to pay on your next lesson.
